Do I need an account?

No. Vepunio works without an account. Your records are stored on your device.

How do I back up my records or move to a new phone?

In Settings → Back up & restore, create a backup file and save it somewhere you trust (for example iCloud Drive or Google Drive), then restore it from the same place on the new phone. The file isn’t encrypted, so keep it private. Your phone’s own backup (iCloud, Google) can also carry your records; see the Privacy Policy.

My reminders don’t arrive.

Check that notifications are allowed for Vepunio in your phone’s settings and that the reminder time is right (Settings → Daily reminder time). On Android, turn on Settings → “Remind on the minute” so medicine reminders arrive at the exact minute. Battery saving modes can delay notifications.

What does Vepunio Plus add?

More than two active pets, the extended PDF report, the medicine stock counter, the home and lock screen widget, the spending summary, an unlimited album and document vault, spreadsheet export and app icons. Your records and reminders are always free.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google. On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Deleting the app doesn’t cancel it.

What happens when Plus ends?

Nothing is locked: your records stay visible and editable and all reminders keep working. Only the extra Plus features stop.

I bought Plus on another phone.

Open the Plus page and tap “Restore purchases”, signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account.

How do I delete all my data?

Settings → Delete all data removes every record, photo and setting from your device. It can’t be undone. Backup files you saved elsewhere are not affected.

Is Vepunio veterinary advice?

No. Vepunio helps you keep records and reminders; always ask your vet about your pet’s health.
