Vepunio Terms of Use

1. Who we are
Vepunio: Pet Care & Health (“Vepunio”, “the app”) is published by Furkan Dizdaroğlu under the name Daplify (“we”, “us”), Madenler Mah. Esmer Sk. No: 26, Süleyman Bey Apt., 34776 Ümraniye/Istanbul, Türkiye, support@daplify.com.
By using the app you agree to these terms. If you got the app from the App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; if from Google Play, Google Play’s terms apply.
2. What Vepunio is
Vepunio helps you keep your pet’s health and care records and reminds you of what’s coming up. Its basic features are free. Vepunio Plus is an optional subscription with extra features.
3. Not veterinary advice
Vepunio is a record-keeping and reminder tool. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and it is not a substitute for an examination or advice from a veterinarian. Suggested plans (for example vaccine schedules) are based on published guidelines, can differ by country and must be confirmed with your vet. In an emergency, contact a vet straight away.
4. Reminders
Reminders depend on your device: notifications must be allowed, and the device’s settings, battery saving, time zone or an empty battery can delay or stop them. Please don’t rely on Vepunio alone for anything time-critical, such as a medicine that must not be missed.
5. Your data and backups
Your records are stored on your device, not on our servers. You are responsible for keeping backups: if you lose or reset your phone without a backup, we cannot recover your records. See the Privacy Policy for how backups work.
6. Vepunio Plus
- Plus is offered as monthly and yearly subscriptions. The yearly plan may include a free trial; the store shows its length and your eligibility before you buy.
- Payment is taken by Apple or Google when you confirm the purchase (or when a free trial ends). Subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. If you live in the EU or the UK, your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
- Prices are shown in the store and may change; any change applies from the next renewal, after the store notifies you.
- Your records are never locked: if your subscription ends, everything you entered stays visible and editable, and reminders for all your pets keep working. Only the extra Plus features stop.
7. Acceptable use
Use the app only for lawful, personal purposes. Don’t try to reverse engineer, disrupt or misuse it.
8. Intellectual property
The app, its design, texts and graphics belong to us or our licensors. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control. What you enter remains yours.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep Vepunio reliable, but it is provided “as is” and we cannot promise it will be free of errors or always available. We may update, change or stop features; if we stop offering Plus, we will tell you in advance.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by relying on the app instead of a veterinarian, by missed reminders, or by lost data that was not backed up. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
11. Ending the use
You can stop using Vepunio at any time by deleting the app (cancel any subscription in your store account). We may end your licence if you seriously breach these terms.
12. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will update the effective date and, for important changes, let you know in the app.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer living in the EU or the UK, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country, and you may bring proceedings in your country’s courts.
