This notice covers the daplify.com website only. Our apps have their own privacy policies (for example the Vepunio Privacy Policy).
Who is responsible

What this site does not use
The site is static: it uses no cookies, analytics, ads, tracking, contact forms, accounts or external fonts.
Stored in your browser
The language and the light/dark theme you choose are kept only in your browser’s local storage (daplify-lang, daplify-theme) so they are remembered on your next visit. They are never sent to us; you can remove them by clearing your browser data.
Hosting and access logs
The site is served by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA). When you open a page, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser details, the requested address and the time, to deliver the page and protect the site against attacks. We do not collect, view or keep these logs; Cloudflare keeps them briefly under its own policy. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in serving the site securely (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f); KVKK Art. 5(2)(f)). Cloudflare relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
When you email us
If you write to support@daplify.com, your email and what it contains are stored with our email provider, Gmail (Google LLC, USA), so we can reply, and kept for at most one year after your request is resolved.
Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to its processing and to have its processing restricted. Send requests to support@daplify.com. You may also complain to your data protection authority.
Changes
If we change this notice, we will publish the new version on this page with a new effective date.
