Tonevra Terms of Use

1. Who we are
Tonevra: Melody Puzzle (“Tonevra”, “the app”) is published by Furkan Dizdaroğlu under the name Daplify (“we”); support@daplify.com.
By using the app you accept these terms. If you got the app from the App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; if from Google Play, the Google Play terms also apply.
2. Ads
Tonevra is free and shows ads. Rewarded ads are optional, have a daily limit and may not always be available.
3. Purchases
- Tonevra Premium and the theme pack are one-time payments, not subscriptions.
- The hint pack is used up as you play.
- Apple or Google takes the payment. Refunds follow their policies. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.
- Premium and themes can be restored with “Restore” on the same store account. Purchased hints are kept on the device and may be lost if you change devices without a phone backup or delete the app.
4. Your progress and backups
There are no accounts, so your progress lives on your device and in your phone’s backup, not on our servers. We cannot recover lost progress. See the Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable use
Use the app only for lawful, personal purposes. Don’t try to reverse engineer, disrupt or misuse it.
6. Intellectual property
The game, its music, design, texts and graphics belong to us or our licensors. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control.
7. Availability and changes
The app is provided “as is”, and we cannot promise it will be free of errors or always available. We may update, change or stop features.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss or for lost data that was not backed up. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
9. Ending the use
You can stop using Tonevra at any time by deleting the app. We may end your licence if you seriously breach these terms.
10. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will update the effective date and, for important changes, let you know in the app.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer living in the EU or the UK, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country, and you may bring proceedings in your country’s courts.
